Do I pay for my home try-on? No. You never pay for your home try-on, only the products you wish to purchase.

Do I pay for tailoring? No. You never pay for tailoring, only the products you wish to purchase.

Is the home try-on non binding? Yes. Your home try-on is 100% non-binding which means that you can cancel at any time free of charge. Your home try-on is free, whether you make a purchase or not.

How many styles can I try? As many as you like. Select the products you wish to try when you place your booking.

Which dates are available for booking? We offer bookings from monday-friday. You can always see available slots when your book your home try-on

Which alterations do you offer? We offer multiple alterations depending on the item. Pants: Slimmer waist, Shorter length, Slimmer hem. Jackets: Slimmer waist, Shorter sleeves

What is the shipping time from booking to delivery? We usually ship your order 5 weekdays from your home try-on, with all the requested adjustements.

Can I re-order with same fit? Yes. Write our customer care at hello@oddform.eu in order to coordinate your re-order.

What if my order does not fit? We experience that 95% of all orders has the desired fit. If your order is not as requested we offer additional tailoring depending on the issue. Contact customer care at hello@oddform.eu to get help with your order.

How do I get tailoring on my shop purchase? Book an appointment at one of our partner tailors, via the link in your confirmation email. ODDFORM covers all cost of tailoring

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping - Denmark: We offer free shipping with GLS on all parcels shipped to Denmark. The approximate shipping time is 2-5 weekdays. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a tracking number via mail.

All parcels are packed in safe containers, designed to withstand transport and wear and tear.

Shipping - Rest of World: We offer shipping to almost all countries internationally. To see if your country is eligable for shipping, initiate the check and select country of preference. The shipping rates for international parcels are calculated at checkout and subject to ongoing changes. For updated pricing on shipping to your country, please see rates at checkout.

Returns - Denmark: We offer free returns with GLS on all orders shipped to Denmark. You can return your parcel within 30 days of receiving your order. All orders comes with enclosed return label to be applied safely outside the parcel.

In order to correctly return your parcel, please complete the digital return form link, attached to your order confirmation email.

All return orders are subject to inspection before refund of all/part of your purchase amount. Inspection covers, but is not limited to, the following criteria, in order to proceed with desired refund

- Product should be in mint condition, with all hanger tags intact

- Product must not have any extraordinary smell

- Product must not have been washed

- Product should be safely and neatly packed

- Product alterations of any kind must not appear on returned product

ODDFORM does not refund purchase amount on products tailored or otherwise altered by ODDFORM, our thirdparty tailors, the customer or any thirdparty acting on behalf of the customer.

Returns - Rest of World: We DO NOT offer free returns with GLS on orders shipped to Internationally. You can return your parcel within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact our customer care support in order to receive informaton on return label and return destination for your order.
